Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

If approved:

• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Lamees Pakistan.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
